PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for preventing blown sand which prevents blow of sand/dust even in such a bare area that wind blows from a plurality of different directions.
SOLUTION: The structure 10 for preventing blown sand which prevents sand blown from the bare area has vegetation areas 20 provided in bare areas such that the vegetation areas 20 each having vegetation, and non-vegetation areas 30 each having no vegetation, alternately exist in two different directions. Each of the vegetation areas 20 has a rectangular shape, and a plurality of vegetation areas 20 are arranged so that the longer sides are parallel to one another and the corners thereof come in contact with each other.
