The present invention relates to a composition comprising particles of at least one polymer stabilized at the surface with a stabilizing agent, the polymer particles being a polymer of (meth) acrylates in c1 - c4, the stabilizing agent is a polymer of (meth) acrylate and isobornyl chosen from among the homopolymer of (meth) acrylate and isobornyl statistical copolymers of (meth) acrylate and isobornyl (meth) acrylates in c1 - c4 present in a ratio by weight of (meth) acrylate and isobornyl / (meth) acrylates in c1 - c4 greater than 4, at least one hydrocarbonaceous oil and at least a silicone-based resin, and their mixture. It also relates to a process for the makeup and / or caring for keratin materials, in which there is applied to the said composition.
