PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground bait dipper in which a ground bait is easily scooped from a bait container such as a field container and the casting distance of the bait can be extended as compared with a conventional product in which a finger engaging member is integrally formed with a grip.SOLUTION: In a ground bait dipper in which a grip is fixed to a base part of a shaft and a cup is fixed to the top end part of the shaft, a finger engaging member is fixed to the base part of the shaft at a position separated from a fixing position of the grip toward a cup direction.
