The utility model relates to a motorcycle ambulance comprising a motorcycle being customizably improvised to include therein tail and saddle containers containing therein medical and/or paramedical items, and being fixedly and stably mounted on a supporting frame structure at the rear portion of the motorcycle. The frame structure is anchored upwardly and downwardly on the motorcycles tail section and seat supporting members, respectively. At least one oxygen tank holder containing therein oxygen tank, provided at one side of the front portion of the motorcycle, preferably securely attached to one of opposed crash guards fixedly provided downwardly of the motorcycles front side portion. Early warning or signaling devices in forms of beacon, siren, light blinkers or flashers, are mounted at the frontward and/or rearward side of the motorcycle, wherein the siren is preferably and securely mounted to the other one of the opposed crash guards, and the light blinkers or flashers are preferably mounted respectively on the crash guards. The motorcycle is also provided with at least one identifying mark suitably appropriate for an ambulance on easily visible portion(s) thereof, and a combined communication/information and camera and recording system, especially for the paramedic riders use, preferably installed thereon and/or its accessories and equipment.
