PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine more appropriately the control timing in contrast imaging scanning in accordance with the concentration of a contrast medium.SOLUTION: An image diagnostic device comprises a concentration change acquisition means, a trigger generation means, and a control means. The concentration change acquisition means acquires data corresponding to a change over time of the concentration of a contrast medium which is injected into a subject. When anomalous data is detected by a first threshold process on the data, the trigger generation means generates a trigger by a second threshold process on the data excluding the anomalous data.
