PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving motion analysis apparatus and method which enable objective analysis of moving motion such as walking of a person.SOLUTION: There is provided a moving motion analysis apparatus comprising: extraction means 751 for extracting partial waveforms each corresponding to the motion of one or more steps from waveforms representing a change over time of an acceleration component in one direction among the acceleration components during moving motion of a person measured by acceleration sensors and calculation means 753 for determining a representative partial waveform in a plurality of partial waveforms extracted by the extractions means. The representative partial waveform is, for example, an average waveform.
