PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size catheter fixture facilitating to adjust the position of a catheter distal end in the body by indwelling the catheter once and moving it in the rotating direction or advancing/retreating direction, and dispensing with its removal when performing a measurement in a strong magnetic field area such as an MRI.SOLUTION: This catheter fixture comprises a cylindrical retainer 11 formed of resin with the rigidity lower than that of the catheter 1 and having a longitudinal slit, and a resin clip 16 pushing the retainer 11 from its outer circumference and fixing the catheter inserted in its lumen. An inner holder 17 of the clip 16, when its fitting with an outer housing 18 is released, has an internal diameter capable of covering the retainer 11. When the retainer 11 is covered with the clip 16 and the inner holder 17 and the outer housing 18 is fitted to each other, the outer housing 18 reduces the internal diameter of the inner holder 17 to clamp the retainer 11.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】カテーテルをいったん留置した後に回転方向または進退方向に移動させることによる体内でのカテーテル先端位置の調整が簡便に行え、小形で、しかもMRIなどの強力な磁場領域での測定の際に取り外す必要のないカテーテル固定具を提供する。【解決手段】カテーテル1よりも低硬度の樹脂にて形成され長手方向のスリットを有する円筒状の保持具11と、保持具11を外周より押圧してその内腔に挿通されたカテーテル1を固定する樹脂製のクリップ16とを備える。クリップ16のインナーホルダー17は、アウターハウジング18との嵌合が解除されているときには、保持具11に被せることができる大きさの内径を有する。クリップ16を保持具11に被せてインナーホルダー17とアウターハウジング18とを嵌合させたときに、アウターハウジング18によってインナーホルダー17の内径を縮小させることで、保持具11を挟持する。【選択図】図1
