FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to dental instruments and can be used for by piece delivery of gutta-percha, absorbing, glass fibre points of various sizes and obliquity ISO in obliteration of dental root canals. Device contains case, made of fireproof plastic, withstanding sterilising processing and autoclaving, provided with canal with pusher, canal of point delivery, cartridge for points, which in transverse section has the shape of rectangle, changing into truncated cone, changing into rectangle with width equal to point diameter and mechanism of point separation, which includes drum, located at the bottom of cartridge and fixed with possibility of rotation in case, provided from one side with wheel, fixed rigidly on its axis. Longitudinal grooves corresponding to point diameter and length, evenly located on external cylindrical surface, are made on drum. Longitudinal grooves made on drum coincide with cartridge output opening in upper position and with canal of point delivery in lower position. Canal with pushing is made vertical. Pusher is installed in it perpendicular to drum axis with possibility of interaction with drum wheel and is spring-loaded with respect to case. Cut, which facilitates point gripping, is made in delivery canal base.EFFECT: simplification of construction with preservation of application convenience, duration of preservation of point sterility and acceleration of treatment.Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к стоматологическим инструментам, и может быть использовано для поштучной выдачи гуттаперчевых, абсорбирующих, стекловолоконных штифтов разного размера и конусности ISO при обтурации корневых каналов зуба.
