PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope which does not require limitation of making a diameter of an insertion part thin, and which can suppress a high frequency which leaks from a treatment instrument channel from affecting a video signal of an image sensor.SOLUTION: An endoscope comprises on a tip end part of an insertion part, an image sensor 20 and a tip end part of a treatment instrument channel 14 extending along a longitudinal shaft of the insertion part. The image sensor 20 comprises plural terminals containing a video terminal 23a for outputting a video signal, and a distance La of the video terminal 23a is the longest, out of distances from a center C of the treatment instrument channel 14 to the respective terminals, the distances being distances in a plane S being vertical to the longitudinal shaft.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
