FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention aims at treating patients with glaucoma. According to method local anaesthesia is carried out epibulbar, fraenulum suture is applied on top rectus muscle, conjunctiva and Tenons capsule is incised in upper portion with length of 7-10 mm in parallel to limb, conjunctiva and Tenons space is separated from limb and relaxed hemostasis is performed. After that, in projection between top and external direct muscles resection of sclera with size of 7×5 mm at depth of 2/3-4/5 of its thickness in projection of ciliary body and intrascleral collector channels is carried out using surgical blade. Interrupted suture is applied on conjunctiva and introduction of under conjunctiva of eyeball in lower portion of antibiotic solution and corticosteroid preparation.EFFECT: method provides reliable reinforcement of intraocular fluid filtering at 25-50 % of initial due to activation uveoscleral outflow increasing permeability of sclera providing eye hydrodynamics normalisation: intraocular pressure, ease of coefficient of intraocular liquid outflow, reducing operative injures due to minimisation zone and non-invasive nature of surgical intervention.1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 exИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к офтальмологии, и предназначено для лечения больных глаукомой. Согласно способу местную анестезию проводят эпибульбарно, накладывают уздечный шов на верхнюю прямую мышцу, осуществляют разрез конъюнктивы и теноновой оболочки в верхнем отделе длиной 7-10 мм параллельно лимбу, проводят отсепаровку конъюнктивы и теноновой оболочки от лимба, осуществляют щадящий гемостаз. После чего в проекции между верхней и наружной прямой мышцами выполняют хирургическим лезвием резекцию склеры размером 7×5 мм на глубину 2/3-4/5 ее толщины в проекции ресничного тела и интрасклеральных коллекторных каналов.
