Ciliary body thickness in mm is measured by ultrasonic biomicroscopy. Laser applicants are applied at equal distance from each other by diode laser by contact-transscleral method in continuous mode with wavelength of 810 nm. Applications are applied at 2–3 mm from the limb along circumference by 360 degrees, avoiding positions at 3 and 9 o'clock. If the ciliary body thickness is 0.4 mm or less, the power of one laser exposure pulse is 0.8–1.2 W. If the ciliary body thickness is more than 0.4 mm and less than 0.6 mm, the power of one laser exposure pulse is greater than 1.2 W and less than 1.8 W. If the ciliary body thickness is 0.6 mm or more, the power of one laser exposure pulse is 1.8–2.2 W. Number of applicants at all thicknesses of ciliary body 18–22.
