PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep a pressure inside a cuff constant with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In a cuff pressure adjustment device (1) of this invention for keeping a pressure of a cuff provided to make close contact with a trachea constant, an adjustment bag housing space (15) for housing a flat plate-like adjustment bag (2) connected to the cuff and a pressure keeping mechanism housing space (16) for housing a pressure keeping mechanism which keeps a pressure of the adjustment bag (2) constant by pressing the flat plate-like adjustment bag (2) with a flat plate-like pressing plate (11) energized by an adjustment spring (10) are formed inside a casing (14). In the pressure keeping mechanism housing space (16), the plurality of adjustment springs (10) are disposed in corner parts of the pressing plate (11), and a pressure gauge (8) which measures and displays the pressure of the cuff, a connecting tube (3) for connecting the cuff and the adjustment bag (2), and a branch tube (7) which branches at a middle part of the connecting tube (3) to connect to the pressure gauge (8) are placed inside the plurality of adjustment springs (10).COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】カフの内部の圧力を精度良く一定に保持すること。【解決手段】本発明では、気管に密着させるために設けられたカフの圧力を一定に保持するカフ圧調整器(1)において、ケーシング(14)の内部に、カフに接続した平板状の調整袋(2)を収容するための調整袋収容空間(15)と、平板状の調整袋(2)を調整バネ(10)で付勢した平板状の押圧板(11)で押圧することで調整袋(2)の圧力を一定に保持する圧力保持機構を収容するための圧力保持機構収容空間(16)とを形成することにした。また、圧力保持機構収容空間(16)は、複数の調整バネ(10)を押圧板(11)の隅部に配置するとともに、複数の調整バネ(10)の内側に、カフの圧力を測定し表示するための圧力計(8)と、カフと調整袋(2)とを接続するための接続管(3)と、接続管(3)の中途部を分岐して圧力計(8)に接続するための分岐管(7)とを配置することにした。【選択図】図1
