Способ предусматривает обеспечение зеленой массой сельскохозяйственных животных путем посева кормовых культур и их скашивания при наступлении укосной спелости. При этом для продления срока действия зеленого конвейера в условиях криолитозоны используют посевы многолетних трав предыдущего года, у которых вегетационный период начинается сразу после схода снежного покрова, что обеспечивает укосную спелость в фазе выметывания-колошения у злаковых трав и бутонизацию у бобовых к концу июня. Первое скашивание обеспечивают при укосной спелости с 1 по 15 июля, затем используют посевы однолетних кормовых культур с укосной спелостью и скашиванием с 16 июля по 31 августа, а с 1 по 20 сентября наступает пора второй укосной спелости многолетних трав. Способ позволяет продлить срок действия зеленого конвейера в условиях криолитозоны до 82 дней. 1 табл.
