The present invention relates to a crop incubator with improved infusion of an unripe crop and separation of a ripe crop after cultivation. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the crop incubator is configured to cultivate a crop growing in a longitudinal direction, infuse an unripe crop, grow the unripe crop, and separate and discharge the ripe crop. The crop incubator comprises: a bag body portion configured to receive an unripe crop in an internal side, suitable to provide a cultivation space required for growth of the crop growing into a ripe crop, and having a length corresponding to a maximum growth length required to separate and discharge the ripe crop； a bag upper end portion disposed on an upper end of the bag body portion, opened in a size suitable to infuse the unripe crop, and having a tie fixing hole to tie and fix an opened upper end of the cultivation space using a tie； and a bag lower end portion disposed on a lower end of the bag body portion and having a sealing portion configured to seal an opened lower end of the cultivation space. At least one perforated line is formed on the bag upper end portion and the bag lower end portion, respectively, in parallel with a longitudinal direction of the bag body portion.
