PURPOSE: A sampler is provided to mix a reagent of fluid or a solid measured in advance with an object, to dilute, mix, separate, and quantitatively discharge the object, and to obtain the object of a fixed quantity by using a capillary structure.CONSTITUTION: A sampler(100) comprises a chamber(110) and tip(134). A reagent of fluid or a solid is accepted inside the chamber in which both end parts are respectively sealed with penetrable films.
