The present invention relates to a knee guard which comprises: a body pad in which a central portion of a back side covers popliteus, and the surface of one side portion and the back side of the other side portion overlap each other and thus a knee； a first tightening band of which one end portion is fixated to the surface and the other end portion is arranged to penetrate to the surface of the one side portion from the surface of the other side portion through the back side, and which applies a tightening force to the body pad, in which the surface of the one side portion and the back side of the other side portion overlap each other, so as to cover the knee； and a second tightening band of which one end portion is fixated to the surface and the other end portion is arranged to penetrate to the surface of the one side portion from the surface of the other side portion through the back side, and which overlaps and intersects with the first tightening band on the back side and applies a tightening force to the body pad, in which the surface of the one side portion and the back side of the other side portion overlap each other, so as to cover the knee with the first tightening band.
