A calf muscle cramp evaluating device, an evaluating system and an evaluating method using the same are provided. The calf muscle cramp evaluating device is used for evaluating a probability of calf muscle of a runner deploying a number of sensors. The calf muscle cramp evaluating device includes a physiological signal receiver and a cramp evaluator. The physiological signal receiver is used for receiving a plurality of physiological signals from the physiological signal receiver.
