PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a plurality of sheets of small grids so that an interval of grid parts of adjoining small grids may be of a size or less of one pixel of an X-ray image detector.SOLUTION: A second grid 14 is composed of the small grids 21 and 22. The small grids 21 and 22 have two grid parts 21a and 22a functioning as grids and non-grid parts 21b and 22b provided around the outer peripheries of the grid parts 21a and 22a and not functioning as the grids.
