The present invention relates to a support for shellfish culture, to which seeds of shellfish such as Mytilus galloprovincialis or mussel are attached to culture the shellfish. More specifically, the support is manufactured by mixing a plastic material with a filling material which is a natural material comprising barium sulfate, calcium carbonate, charcoal powder, and copper powder and by performing a molding process. Accordingly, the used amount of plastic is minimized to reduce marine pollution and various environmental pollution during incineration or disposal, and the functions of the support such as a natural texture, underwater submerging ability, hardness, etc. are enhanced.
