PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently achieve a purpose of losing weight by an optimal exercise environment of high temperature and high humidity and effective high concentration oxygen supply.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning means is controlled so that the temperature of an exercise therapy room can be kept at 45±5°C, and the air-conditioning means is controlled so that the humidity of the exercise therapy room can be kept at 50±5°C.
