The present invention relates to a liquid cosmetic product using an organic pigment, which has a clearer color and excellent tinting power when putting on makeup on a skin such as eyes, lips, a face, etc., and a manufacturing method thereof. Conventionally, a liquid cosmetic composition is manufactured by using an inorganic pigment. To solve an existing problem having the low tinting power, hiding power, volatility, etc. and hard dispersion along with easy corruption, the manufacturing method comprises: a stirring process of stirring and grinding a raw material mixed with an increasing agent, a dispersing agent, a surface active agent, and the organic pigment in refined water, and stirring the raw material mixed with the liquid cosmetic product using the matured, filtered, and manufactured organic pigment and the increasing agent, the dispersing agent, the surface active agent, and the organic pigment in the refined water first and second grinding processes of finely grinding the sufficiently stirred raw material into a nanoparticle by a crash of particles a maturing process of stabilizing and maturing the ground raw material and a filtering process of removing impurities included in the matured raw material. Therefore, the present invention enables to make a makeup color development constant and clear when putting on makeup as applying the organic pigment, and to express different colors as well as having good dispersion.
