The present invention relates to a peptide derivative, a production method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases, containing the same as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the peptide derivative, an optical isomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has excellent activity of inhibiting the expression of interleukin-6 (IL-6). Thus, the peptide derivative, the optical isomer thereof, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof can be useful as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating IL-6-induced inflammatory diseases such as sepsis or inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn&prime；s disease.본 발명은 펩타이드 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 펩타이드 유도체, 이의 광학 이성질체, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염은 인터루킨-6(Interleukin-6, IL-6)의 발현을 억제하는 활성이 우수하므로, 궤양성 대장염(Ulcerative colitis), 크론씨병 (Crohns disease) 등의 염증성 장질환 (Inflammatory bowel disease), 또는 패혈증(Sepsis) 등 인터루킨-6로 인하여 유발되는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
