The present invention relates to ketonepeptide derivatives, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases, wherein ketonepeptide derivatives of the present invention, optical isomers thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof have an excellent inhibitory activity against the expression of Interleukin-6 (IL-6), and therefore, can be advantageously used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases induced by IL-6, such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn&prime；s disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and sepsis.본 발명은 케톤펩타이드 유도체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 유효성분으로 함유하는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 케톤펩타이드 유도체, 이의 광학 이성질체, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염은 인터루킨-6(Interleukin-6, IL-6)의 발현을 억제하는 활성이 우수하므로, 궤양성 대장염(Ulcerative colitis), 크론씨병 (Crohns disease) 등의 염증성 장질환 (Inflammatory bowel disease), 또는 패혈증(Sepsis) 등 인터루킨-6로 인하여 유발되는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
