PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray photographing auxiliary chair for a person requiring care which has a simple structure, is easy to handle, and can hold a person requiring care in a stable posture which does not put strain on his/her body without any help of others during X-ray photographing, and therefore which prevents a caregiver from continuing to be exposed to X-rays and eliminates the risk of damaging his/her health due to the continuous exposure to X-rays.SOLUTION: An X-ray photographing auxiliary chair for a person requiring care includes: a hollow base 1 which can be moved on a floor a movable seat part 11 which is disposed above the hollow base 1 and a backrest 21 which is installed upright on the hollow base 1 and is penetrated by X-rays. A support leg 12 of the movable seat part 11, the lower part of which is inserted in the hollow base 1, is held therein so as to move and rotate in the horizontal direction within a predetermined range. A holding caster attachment plate 14 is fixed to a part of the support leg 12 which is positioned in the hollow base 1, and a plurality of holding casters 16, 17 are disposed on the upper surface side and the lower surface side of the holding caster attachment plate 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
