PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic information processor for appropriately inserting an intraocular insertion medical tool to a patient eye, and an ophthalmologic information processing program.SOLUTION: A control unit acquires patient eye information (S1). The patient information is information created prior to execution of operation and associating a plurality of pieces of information including insertion-scheduled medical tool information and pre-operation image information. The insertion-scheduled medical tool information is information identifying an intraocular insertion medical tool scheduled to be inserted to a patient eye. The pre-operation image information is front eye image information of the patient eye prior to operation. The control unit acquires operation time image information which is front eye image information of the patient eye at an operation time (S2). The control unit acquires prepared medical tool information identifying an intraocular insertion medical tool prepared at an operation time (S5). The control unit collates the pre-operation image information with the operation time image information and collates the insertion-scheduled medical tool information with the prepared medical tool information (S4, S7).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】眼内挿入医療具をより適切に患者眼に挿入するための眼科情報処理装置および眼科情報処理プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】制御部は、患者眼情報を取得する（Ｓ１）。患者眼情報とは、手術が行われるよりも前に作成される情報であり、挿入予定医療具情報と手術前画像情報とを含む複数の情報が対応付けられた情報である。挿入予定医療具情報は、患者眼に挿入される予定の眼内挿入医療具を識別する情報である。手術前画像情報は、手術前における患者眼の前眼部画像情報である。また、制御部は、手術時における患者眼の前眼部画像情報である手術時画像情報を取得する（Ｓ２）。制御部は、手術時に準備された眼内挿入医療具を識別する準備医療具情報を取得する（Ｓ５）。制御部は、手術前画像情報と手術時画像情報を照合すると共に、挿入予定医療具情報と準備医療具情報を照合する（Ｓ４，Ｓ７）。【選択図】図３
