Disclosed is a dark bluish ceramics comprising: zirconia containing stabilizing agent as a main component aluminum oxide cobalt oxide and any one selected from a group consisting of chromium oxide, nickel oxide and iron oxide, and wherein the aluminium oxide content is 1% to 30% by mass, the cobalt oxide content is 0.5% to 5% by mass, and the content of chromium oxide, nickel oxide, or iron oxide is not more than 1% by mass (except for 0% by mass). The resulting ceramics develops a dark bluish color tone full of a sense of stateliness, and can make it possible to make the users to feel the sense of high-grade impression and aesthetic satisfaction when used for decorative component.
