PURPOSE: A plasma separation apparatus is provided to enable air to pass a downstream chamber through an air channel and to sweep plasma from the downstream of a filter when negative pressure is formed in the downstream channel.CONSTITUTION: A plasma separation comprises a filter and a housing. The filter has an upstream surface(651) and a downstream surface(652). The filter comprises a microporous membrane. The housing comprises an inlet, a downstream chamber(202), an outlet(201) and at least one air channel. The housing limits a fluid path between the inlet, the downstream chamber and the outlet. The filter is arranged in the housing while passing through the fluid path. The outlet and the air channel are arranged with a gap.
