The present invention relates to an elastic ring having a function to continuously release drug. In the elastic ring made from elastic materials of the present invention, a cavity and an opening/closing window are formed to store drug in the cavity and release the drug through the opening/closing window. The elastic ring of the present invention is connected to a plastic bag for protecting growing fruits and is accordingly allowed to omit a treatment process with use of gibberellin, thereby protecting fruits from diseases and insects and reducing an amount of pesticides used by continuously releasing drug.
