An additional oxide film layer 12 is formed by ion plating on the surface of the oxide film layer 11 so as to bring a thickness of the whole oxide film layer to 10-100 nm, and a coating layer 20 as a film in which one of Ti, Nb and Ta, and at least one kind of C, N and O are combined is formed by ion plating on the surface of the additional oxide film layer 12.
