The present invention relates to an injection-type tissue adhesive hydrogel containing gamma-cyclodextrin and a method for producing the same. When the injection-type tissue adhesive hydrogel containing gamma-cyclodextrin is used as a skin adhesive, the injection-type tissue adhesive hydrogel containing gamma-cyclodextrin has greater hydrophobic cavity than alpha- and beta-cyclodextrins to occur stronger interactions than host-guest interactions. The present invention can effectively improve both the cohesive force and the adhesiveness of the gelatin adhesive through the hydrogen bonding. The present invention adheres to the skin incision using the injection-type tissue adhesive hydrogel containing gamma-cyclodextrin having excellent cell viability, thereby effectively promoting the reproduction.본 발명은 γ-사이클로덱스트린을 함유한 생체 주입형 조직접착성 하이드로젤 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 γ-사이클로덱스트린을 함유한 생체 주입형 조직접착성 하이드로젤을 피부 접착제로 이용할 경우, γ-사이클로덱스트린을 함유한 생체 주입형 조직접착성 하이드로젤은 α- 및 β-사이클로덱스트린보다 더 큰 소수성 공동을 가짐으로써 호스트-게스트 상호작용보다 더 강력한 상호작용이 일어나며, 또한 수소결합을 통해 젤라틴 접착제의 응집력 및 접착성 모두를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 또한, 우수한 세포 생존율을 갖는 γ-사이클로덱스트린을 함유한 생체 주입형 조직접착성 하이드로젤을 이용하여 피부 절개를 접착함으로써 조직의 재생을 효과적으로 촉진할 수 있다.
