PURPOSE: A minute circular particle made of cartilage for a filler and the filler including the same are provided to solve an immune problem in an injection process by using cartilage which suppresses immunity through enzyme or cleanser. CONSTITUTION: A minute circular particle includes cartilage from animal or its own body. The cartilage is cleaned with enzyme or cleaner. The enzyme is DNase, RNase, Trypsin, or Protease. The cleaner is tert-octylphenyl polyoxythylene of 1-3%, SDS, or trypsin/ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid. The filler is selected from a group composed of collagen, hyaluronic acid, fat, and collagen. The collected cartilage is cleaned with physiological saline to remove immunity.
