PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the supply of natural active substances useful in the cosmetic or therapeutic field； the supply of new cosmetic or therapeutic compositions； and a method for cosmetic treatment for skin and/or skin appendages and/or mucous membranes or these substances for their therapeutic use.SOLUTION: The present invention provides: a cosmetic or therapeutic composition comprising yeast hydrolysed proteins as active ingredients, yeast hydrolysed proteins being obtained from yeast insoluble fraction； the use of such a cosmetic or therapeutic composition； and a method for cosmetic treatment. The yeast hydrolyzed proteins are obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis with one or more peptidases chosen among papain, trypsin, chymotrypsin, pepsin, thermolysin, enterokinase, proteinase K, etc., and mixtures thereof.
