A root zone heating system of the present invention comprises: an underground tunnel embedded in the ground and formed with a plurality of pores on an outer circumferential surface thereof and extending in a longitudinal direction； a heating sheet installed on an insulating sheet of a floor in the underground tunnel； a winding roller installed at one end of the underground tunnel and connected to one end of the heating sheet to wind the heating sheet； a winding bobbin installed at the other end of the underground tunnel to wind a pull cord coupled to the other end of the heating sheet； and a controller for controlling a heating temperature of the heating sheet in response to the selection of a heating mode and a warm-retaining mode. Therefore, the heating sheet is installed by the winding roller and the winding bobbin, and the replacement and repair work can be done easily.본 발명의 근권부 가온 시스템은 지중에 매립되고 외주면에 다수의 기공들이 형성되고, 길이방향으로 연장된 지중 터널과, 지중 터널 내의 바닥의 단열시트 상에 설치된 발열시트와, 지중 터널의 일단에 설치되어, 발열시트의 일단이 연결되어 발열시트를 권취하기 위한 권취 롤러와, 지중터널의 타단에 설치되어 발열시트의 타단에 결합된 당김줄을 권취하기 위한 권취 보빈과, 가온모드 및 난방모드의 선택에 응답하여 상기 발열시트의 발열온도를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 구비한다. 따라서 권취롤러와 권취 보빈에 의해 발열시트를 설치하고 교체 보수 작업이 용이하다.
