PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyphenol derivative comprising eyelashes multiplication action and hair growing action.SOLUTION: There is provided the polyphenol derivative comprising polyphenol, cysteine, methionine, and turanose which are respectively included by one molecule. The derivative acts a growth factor receptor, multiplies eyelashes cells and hair growing cells, and also increases keratin. The production method is on the basis of a culture method of a human being hair root cell. Namely, in the method, the human being hair root cells are cultured with a yellow rose fermentation extract having ceramide generation action as a culture fluid, for collecting an adaptation culture fluid. The polyphenol derivative of the invention is included in the human being hair root cell adaptation culture fluid.
