The present invention relates to an N-benzyl-N-phenoxyl carbonyl-phenyl sulfonamide derivative, which inhibits PGE2 generation by means of inhibiting microsomal prostaglandin E2 synthase-1 (mPGES-1) and has enhanced activity, a method for preparing same and a pharmaceutical composition comprising same as an active ingredient. The N-benzyl-N-phenoxyl carbonyl-phenyl sulfonamide derivative of the present invention can be effectively used for treating or preventing inflammation, arthritis, hyperthermia, pain, cancer and encephalopathies such as cerebral apoplexy or Alzheimers disease.La présente invention concerne un dérivé de N-benzyl-N-phénoxyl-carbonyl-phénylsulfonamide, qui inhibe la génération de PGE2 au moyen de linhibition de prostaglandine E2 synthase 1 microsomale (mPGES -1) et a une activité augmentée, un procédé de préparation de celui-ci et une composition pharmaceutique comprenant celui-ci en tant que substance active. Le dérivé de N-benzyl-N-phénoxyl-carbonyl-phénylsulfonamide de la présente invention peut être efficacement utilisé pour traiter ou prévenir linflammation, larthrite, lhyperthermie, la douleur, le cancer et les encéphalopathies telles que lapoplexie cérébrale ou la maladie dAlzheimer.본 발명은 미세소체 프로스타글란딘 E2 합성효소-1(mPGES-1)의 억제를 통하여 PGE2 생성을 저해하는 활성이 우수한 N-벤질-N-페녹시카르보닐-페닐설폰아마이드 유도체, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 유효성분으로 포함하는 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 N-벤질-N-페녹시카르보닐-페닐설폰아마이드 유도체는 염증, 관절염, 고열, 통증, 암, 뇌졸중 또는 알츠하이머 질환과 같은 뇌질환의 치료 또는 예방에 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다.
