PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomagnetic measuring device for small animals which can measure cardiac magnetism, cerebral magnetism or the like of small animals and can perform magnetic resonance imaging.SOLUTION: In the biomagnetic measuring device (100) for small animals keeping a SQUID (5) arranged in a measuring chamber (1) which is enclosed by a magnetic/radio shield (1a) and can house a small animal (A), observation and gradient magnetic field coils (7) and a polarizing magnetic field coil (8) for magnetic resonance imaging are arranged in the measuring chamber (1). The observation and gradient magnetic field coil (7) of plane and self-shielding type is downsized and suppresses harmful effects of an eddy current in the magnetic/radio shield (1a). The cardiac magnetism and the cerebral magnetism as functional information and magnetic resonance images as form information can be acquired without moving the small animal whose setting takes much trouble. Since harmful effects of the eddy current due to the observation magnetic field or the gradient magnetic field can be suppressed, clear magnetic resonance images can be acquired.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】小動物の心磁や脳磁を測定しうると共に磁気共鳴撮像を行うことが出来る小動物用生体磁気測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】磁気・電波シールド(1a)で囲繞され且つ小動物(A)を収容しうる測定室(1)内にSQUID(5)を設置した小動物用生体磁気測定装置(100)において、測定室(1)内に磁気共鳴撮像のための観測・勾配磁場コイル(7)および分極磁場コイル(8)を設置する。観測・勾配磁場コイル(7)は、平面自己シールド型として、小型化を図ると共に磁気・電波シールド(1a)での渦電流の悪影響を抑制する。【効果】セッティングに手間が掛かる小動物を動かすことなく、機能情報である心磁や脳磁が得られると共に形態情報である磁気共鳴画像を得ることが出来る。観測磁場や勾配磁場に起因する渦電流の悪影響を抑制できるので、鮮明な磁気共鳴画像を得ることが出来る。【選択図】図1
