A formulation comprising thymol, an organic solvent and an odor masking agent selected from the group consisting of: linalool and liffarome, wherein: the thymol and organic solvent are in a ratio that ranges from 1: 1 to 15:85, by weight, respectively and the thymol and odor masking agent are in a ratio that ranges from 100:0.1 to 1: 1, by weight, respectively, is disclosed.
