The present invention relates to an oil in water type washable cleansing composition having a rapid phase-transition property which comprises a water soluble polymer thickener, sodium dilauramidoglutamide lysine, a nonionic surfactant, and an oil component. More specifically, the cosmetic composition of the present invention comprises: 0.01-0.5 wt% of water soluble thickener 0.01-0.5 wt% of sodium dilauramidoglutamide lysine 1-30 wt% of surfactant and 30-98 wt% of oil component based on total weight. The cosmetic composition of the present invention has viscosity which does not run down when taking out the composition from a cosmetic container, but easily has liquidity by going though phase-transition with small effort when spreading the composition on skin, thereby providing same feeling as cleansing oil. In other words, the present invention provides the oil in water type washable cleansing composition which maintains cleansing effects and same feeling as conventional cleansing oil while being easy to be used by not being run down when spreading on skin.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 수중유형 워셔블 클렌징 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서 수용성 고분자 점증제, 소듐디라우라미도글루타마이드라이신, 비이온성 계면활성제 및 오일성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 총 중량 대비 수용성 고분자 점증제 0.01 내지 0.5 중량%, 소듐디라우라미도글루타마이드라이신 0.01 내지 0.5 중량%, 계면활성제 1 내지 30 중량% 및 오일성분 30 내지 98 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 화장료 조성물은 용기에서 덜어낼 때 흐르지 않고 점도를 가지나, 피부도포시 적은 힘으로 전상과정을 거쳐 쉽게 유동성을 가지게 되어 클렌징 오일과 같은 사용감을 제공할 수 있다. 즉, 본 발명은 기존 클렌징 오일의 사용감과 클렌징 효과를 유지하면서도 피부도포시 흘러내리지 않아 사용이 용이한 수중유형 워셔블 클렌징 화장료 조성물을 제공한다.
