The present invention relates to a process for obtaining coordinative compounds of Co (II), Cu (II), Zn (II) used in therapy. According to the invention, the process consists in bringing in contact a methanol solution containing neutral/deprotonated meloxicam with an aqueous solution containing chloride/acetate of Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), respectively, in a molar ratio of 2 : 1, there being obtained coordinative compounds of Co (II), Cu (II) and Zn (II), respectively, where the metal ion has a distorted octahedral stereochemistry containing the water molecules in the axial positions.Prezenta invenţie se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a compuşilor coordinativi de Co(II), Cu(II) şi Zn(II), utilizaţi în terapie. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din aducerea în contact a unei soluţii metanolice conţinând meloxicam neutru/deprotonat cu o soluţie apoasă conţinând clorură/acetat de Co(II), Cu(II) şi, respectiv, Zn(II), în raport molar de 2:1, obţinându-se compuşi coordinativi de Co(II), Cu(II) şi, respectiv, Zn(II), în care ionul metalic prezintă o stereochimie octaedrică distorsionată, conţinând moleculele de apă în poziţiile axiale.
