Orthopedic implant for use with a fastener having at least one of the threads and grooves, including: a housing defining a longitudinal axis, the housing includes an inner wall containing an elongated groove, the inner wall includes the following: a pair of opposing walls, a single protrusion located on the inner wall; in this case, when the fastener is installed in the groove, a single protrusion with sliding enters the groove of the fastener, restricting the implant from sliding relative to the fastening of the element along the axis, essentially the transverse longitudinal axis, and creating the possibility for the implant to slide relative to the fastener along the longitudinal axis. 2.
