PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laver manufacturing device capable of inhibiting operation stop due to malfunctions by returning a bar member to a right position after a detachment operation in a method for detaching a laver drainboard from a dried laver by operating the bar member bound to one terminal side of the laver drainboard of which another terminal side is hold to a rod member of a holder.SOLUTION: In a method for folding back and detaching a laver drainboard from dried laver by operating a bar member bond to the laver drainboard, an operation timing of pressing and pressing cancellation of a spring member by pressing means in a detachment operation can be set properly by arranging a chuck lift mechanism for lifting a chuck part 41 which holds the bar member and a pressing lift mechanism 48a which drives a pressing member 48 which conducts pressing down of the spring member which pushes the bar member to a stopper, and further whether the bar member properly returns to a stretched position at which the laver drainboard returns from folding back and stretched or not is detected by a sensor 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】ホルダの桿部材に一端側が保持された海苔簀の他端側に結合された棒部材を操作して海苔簀を乾海苔から剥離させる方式において、剥離作業後に棒部材を正しい位置に戻して誤動作による作業停止を防止することができる海苔製造装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】海苔簀に結合された棒部材を操作して海苔簀を折り返して乾海苔から剥離させる方式において、棒部材を保持するチャック部41を昇降させるチャック昇降機構と、棒部材をストッパに押し当てるバネ部材の押し下げを行う押圧部材48を駆動する押圧昇降機構48aとを個別に設けることにより、剥離作業に際して押圧手段によるバネ部材の押圧・押圧解除の動作タイミングを適正に設定可能とし、さらに海苔簀が折り返しから復帰して展張された展張位置に棒部材が正しく戻っているか否かをセンサ50によって検出する。【選択図】図3
