PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planting device in which detachment prevention of a link plate to a connecting pin is reliably performed, while enabling disassembly of the link plate for connecting a seedling pusher with an operation arm and the connecting pin.SOLUTION: A seedling planting device includes: link members 51, 52 ranging over a seedling pusher 26 and an operation arm 31 a connecting pin 28 with the seedling pusher 26 connected at one end of the link members 51, 52 and a connecting pin 32 with the operation arm 31 connected at the other end side.
