PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pest-controlling composition for effectively controlling pasts for Oryza sativa, and to provide a method for controlling the pests by the use of the composition.SOLUTION: This new pest-controlling composition is characterized by manifesting such a high synergistic effect as to be unsapposable based on the effect of singly using each of the ingredient agrochemicals (e.g. imazosulfuron) against paddy weeds through combining a pest-controlling agent for paddy fields (e.g. chlothianidine) or disease injury-controlling agent (e.g. isoprothiolane) with a weed-controlling agent, and to provide a method for controlling the pests for Oryza sativa in a labor-saving way by a single application through applying a preparation formulated with the composition to a paddy field.COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO(修正有)【課題】 稲の有害生物を効果的に防除するための新たな有害生物防除組成物、およびそれを使用する有害生物防除方法を提供する。【解決手段】 水田用害虫防除剤(例えばクロチアニジン)あるいは病害防除剤(例えばイソプロチオラン)を雑草防除剤と組み合わせることによって、水田雑草に対して、それぞれの薬剤(例えばイマゾスルフロン)を単用する効果から想定し得ない程度の相乗効果を発現させることを特徴とする有害生物防除組成物、およびその混合製剤を水田に処理することによって、一度の処理でイネの有害生物を省力的に防除する方法。
