PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barley young leaf-processed product-containing composition which has new functionality and exhibits excellent dispersibility into an aqueous solution.SOLUTION: This composition comprises a barley young leaf-processed product, hemicellulose, a slightly digestible oligosaccharide, and a sugar alcohol. The composition especially preferably comprises wheat young leaf powder, a hemi-cellulose, a xylo-oligosaccharide, and a reducing maltose.
