PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-and-fat composition for liquid cream having a low content of trans fatty acid, and suitable particularly for liquid cream used for canned coffee.SOLUTION: The oil-and-fat composition for liquid cream contains 5-30 mass% of oil and fat (A) described below, 5-40 mass% of oil and fat B described below, and 30-90 mass% of oil and fat C described below. The oil and fat (A) is coconut oil. The oil and fat B is palm oil.
