PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid formulations of acid-labile drugs that maintain the efficacy of an active component and are administered to patients in a low volume of liquid.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the formulations comprising: micro-granules comprising an acid-labile drug coated with an enteric coating； and a liquid vehicle having a pH less than 6.0. The present invention also relates to the formulations consisting of kits, wherein the acid labile drug is a proton pump inhibitor and the micro-granules are between 100 μm and 900 μm and are stored to a first container, and a liquid vehicle has a pH less than 6.0 and are stored to a second container, wherein the first or the second container further comprises an acidic excipient.
