The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing tenofovir and to a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition containing tenofovir, prepared by granulating a tenofovir component with a proper binder through a fluidized bed granule in a wet granule process, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
