PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shunt cap 1, 1L having a cap part 20 which is hardly detached from a tubular body 10 when unexpected force is applied in such a case that an operator catches a finger on a connecting part 30 or the like after mounting the cap part 20 on the tubular body 10.SOLUTION: A tubular body 10 and a cap part 20 are connected through a connecting part 30. The tubular body 10 has a tube part 10K, and the tube part 10K has a fitting part 11 on the side of an end DE. The fitting part 11 has a flange part 11F formed in a direction of the end DE. The flange part 11F has a plurality of cutout grooves 11FM formed on a side part S and a plurality of small ribs 11FR in the direction of the side part S where the cutout grooves 11FM are formed. The cap part 20 has an inner cylinder 21I and an outer cylinder 21O. The inner cylinder 21I has a fitting protrusion part 21IK protruded in a direction of a proximal end PE, and the outer cylinder 21O is protruded from a top part 21TP in the direction of the proximal end PE.
