PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granules for a tablet which has an excellent tableting property, hardly causes tablet failure such as sticking, has excellent moisture absorption resistance, causes no appearance change and cracking with time, and can maintain excellent quality when manufacturing a tablet, and to provide a tablet.SOLUTION: Granules for a tablet comprises: (A) 1 to 40 mass% of a hygroscopic component (B) 40 to 94 mass% of a porous excipient and (C) 5 to 20 mass% of solid fat, in which the total amount of (A) to (C) components is 100 mass%. On the surface of a carrier composed of the (B) components carrying the (A) component, a coating layer of the (C) component having average particle diameter of 50 to 500 μm is present.
