PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet which contains sodium chondroitin sulfate as an active ingredient, and in which a crack at the time of moisture absorption is suppressed, and to provide a producing method thereof.SOLUTION: A tablet in which maltodextrin of a specific amount against sodium chondroitin sulfate is combined, particularly using sodium chondroitin sulfate with a 50% particle diameter not more than 150 μm is found to suppress a crack at the time of moisture absorption. Thus, the present invention relates to a tablet containing sodium chondroitin sulfate and 0.05-0.6 parts by mass of maltodextrin based on 1 parts by mass of sodium chondroitin sulfate, and to a producing method of the tablet which comprises steps of granulating sodium chondroitin sulfate having a 50% particle diameter not more than 150 μm with maltodextrin, adding a component comprising hydroxypropylcellulose into the obtained granulated material and mixing to obtain a granulation for making tablet.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】有効成分としてコンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウムを含有し、吸湿時のひび割れが抑制された錠剤及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】コンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウムに対して特定量のマルトデキストリンを配合した錠剤、特に50%粒子径が150μm以下のコンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウムを用いると、吸湿時のひび割れが抑制されることを見出した。すなわち、本発明は、コンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウム、及びコンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウム1質量部に対して0.05~0.6質量部のマルトデキストリンを含有する錠剤であり、50%粒子径が150μm以下のコンドロイチン硫酸ナトリウムをマルトデキストリンとともに造粒し、得られた造粒物にヒドロキシプロピルセルロースを含む成分を加えて混合し、打錠用顆粒とする工程を有する、錠剤の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
